Once you contact us, we’ll set up a quick consultation to understand your case needs. From there, we match you with a licensed forensic expert who is trained in evaluations, report writing, and testimony. After conducting the interview and reviewing case materials, your expert will deliver a court-ready report and remain available to testify if needed.

How quickly can you complete an evaluation and report?
We pride ourselves on industry-leading turnaround times. Most cases are scheduled for interview and have a completed report in hand within two weeks—sometimes even faster. We also offer expedited services for urgent cases.
How does the process work?

What are your qualifications?

Are your reports court-ready?
Yes. Every report we produce is written with the court in mind—clear, structured, trauma-informed, and professionally formatted for legal proceedings. Our reports are designed to withstand cross-examination and communicate key findings effectively to judges and juries.
Can you testify in court as an expert witness?
Absolutely. Our experts are trained to present their findings in court with confidence and clarity. We are prepared for both direct and cross-examination, and we can coordinate with your legal team in advance to prepare strategic talking points.
What are your service costs?
Our rates vary depending on the type of evaluation, complexity of the case, and whether testimony is required. We offer transparent, flat-fee pricing for most services and will provide a custom quote after your initial consultation. Payment plans are available in select cases. Most of our clinicians have accessible hourly rates between $150-$175 per hour.
Can you work with indigent clients or public defenders?
Yes. We regularly partner with public defenders and court-appointed counsel. We’re familiar with CJA billing and can provide documentation to assist with court funding approval.
What geographic areas do you serve?
