Dolly Ferraiuolo, PhD, LCSW, CST – Founder & Lead Forensic Expert
Dolly Ferraiuolo is a licensed clinical social worker, board-certified sex therapist, and nationally recognized forensic mental health expert. With over a decade of experience bridging the fields of psychology and law, Dolly has conducted hundreds of evaluations for criminal defense and family law cases, ranging from high-profile federal trials to complex custody disputes.
Her specialty lies in crafting trauma-informed, mitigation-focused reports that tell the full story behind a client’s behavior, something she believes is essential for fair sentencing and restorative justice. She is also an expert witness trained in courtroom presentation and cross-examination, often described as both clinical and courtroom-savvy.
Dolly’s approach is grounded in her belief that advocacy and integrity must coexist in forensic work. Through Ferra Forensics, she trains and mentors a growing team of licensed professionals to deliver high-quality evaluations, expert reports, and testimony that withstand the pressures of litigation.
When she’s not working on a case, Dolly leads national trainings for attorneys, therapists, and legal organizations on the intersection of trauma, mental health, and justice.
